Are your rates nightly or daily?
A: Our prices are for 3 or more days hire not 3 or more nights like a caravan park.


What hours can I pick up and return the van?
A: Pick up is 7am on the day of hire and return is by 5pm.  These times may be varied upon request depending on van availability.


How much does it cost?
A: Our rates are listed on our website and we’re happy to offer discounts for longer periods particularly between May and September.


When and how do I Pay?
A: A 20% deposit is payable upon booking or $200.00, whichever is greater. Your deposit confirms your reservation for the period of hire. Full payment of the hire fee is required 30 days prior to the pick-up date.


How does the monthly payment option work?

A: The total of the hire fee is split equally over the months prior to the hire. The first payment is due at time of booking and confirms your reservation for the period of hire. The last payment is due 30 days prior to the pick-up date. No refunds.


Do we have to pay a bond on the caravan?
A: Yes, a $1,000 bond is payable at least 3 days prior to pick up, this can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Where can I clean the exterior of the van before returning? 

A:  Wagga Wagga Car Wash, located at 122 Hammond Avenue, Wagga, has big bays and a great turning circle, making it easy to clean the van before returning.

Is Insurance included in the hire cost of your caravans?
A: Yes, all of our caravans and campers have a fully comprehensive Australia wide insurance policy included in the cost of hire.

Do I need to fit electric brakes to my car before towing your caravans and campers?
A: No, All of our vans are fitted with electric booster units which activate the trailer brakes when the brake light comes on. These units save the hassle and expense of modifying your car whilst ensuring your safety and legal compliance.

How can I find out which caravans my car can tow?
A: The towing capacity of your car will be listed on your tow bar, or on a sticker on the inside of your driver’s side door or in your cars manual.  The weights and dimensions of our vans are listed on the Tech Specs section of our website. If you’re unsure we’ll only be too happy to guide you. 
 

How far ahead do I need to book?
A: To avoid disappointment we would recommend to book 10-12 months ahead for Christmas, Easter and bookings of 3 months or more, 6 months ahead for January, school holidays and bookings of 1-2 months, 3 months ahead for long weekends and we will have limited availability at all other times at short notice.

Do you allow pets in your caravans?
A: No, sorry we don’t allow pets in our vans.

Is there a limit to how many km’s I can travel?
A: No, the only limitation is your hire duration; you can take our caravans Australia wide.

Can I take a caravan or camper off road?
A: No, All of our caravans and campers are to be driven on road; however, dirt roads to access camping grounds and national parks are permitted.

Can you deliver and pick up the caravan for me?
A: Yes, we can deliver anywhere in Australia and will provide you with an additional quote for this service. In fact we can set it up and have it ready to go if you just want to turn up and take it easy!

Do the Vans have power if we don’t go to a powered site?
A:  Yes, the vans have a 100amp battery that will operate the lights in the van for a few days .  We also have a solar panel that you will need to hire if you are going ‘bush camping’ for longer periods. The fridge in the van will run on 240v (mains power), 12v or gas and the grill and cooktop is gas as well.
